Chee-Seng + Eric: Married

Sometime last year I met Chee-Seng and Eric at a great little coffee shop in Somerville, Massachusetts--very close to where I used to live before I moved to the western part of the state. They were getting married in Northampton and in search of a photographer. Lucky me:)

They were clearly in love and wanted their day filled with good friends, family and many traditions. They each wrote their own vows, broke a little glass, danced a little hora, and then had a tea ceremony in which family and friends shared advice for a happy marriage. It was so beautiful it brought tears to my eyes more than once. There were lots of tears that day celebrating the love these two men share. And if you listened to their vows you understood just how they fit together: Eric a crisp winter day and Chee-Seng a mug of cocoa to warm the soul.

I was so proud to be witness to such a tender day. Thank you Chee-Seng and Eric for the honor of capturing your wedding day. Enjoy!

A special thanks to Seth Kaye of Seth Kaye Photography for helping me capture all the beautiful details of Chee-Seng and Eric's wedding.

There was a real challenge to getting their ties just right:)

I can't really remember what sparked this series but I love it! It's very dance-off meets I'm not sure what. But very sexy:)
